Half Marathon Course: Certified, flat and fast along Burlington's beautiful downtown lakeshore.
1st 4000 to register for the Half Marathon will receive an amazing technical jacket in the Mizuno spring 2012 colours valued at $120.
1st 600 to enter the Frosty 5K will get a Mizuno technical T-shirt.
Pasta Party: March 3rd. Be sure to buy your tickets early as this event sells out fast.

Securing the perfect route and start/finish venue for this event brought us to a Gem of a location. This route is very scenic with beautiful Mountain Views, Fantastic Farmlands, some perfect groomed trails and only one technical area making the 5k a flat route and the 10K and Half Marathon a quicker course.
