The Victorian-style village of Port Perry is nestled along the shores of Lake Scugog and is hosting this 21.1 kilometre run. Eighty percent of the run will be through the countryside.

Most of the marathon race will be run along the scenic bicycle trails in the center of Thunder Bay and on some of the streets. The course has no major hills, only a few small underpasses not really worth mentioning. The course is almost 26.1 miles flat. The course follows the Neebing River and is shaded by numerous trees. All runners will finish their race on the track finishing in front of the viewing stands.

Courses are beautiful flat and very fast running in downtown St. Catharines to the beautiful vineyards of Niagara and finishing back downtown. 6 Aid Stations in the Half serving Gatorade and water. Part of the Niagara Grape and Wine Festival. Travel over to Montebello Park and enjoy the festivities after the race.
